Nominaciones de la 69ª edición de los Premios Emmy: «Westworld» lidera con 22 candidaturas

Esta tarde se han anunciado las candidaturas de los premios más importantes de la televisión, los Emmy, que cumplen su 69ª edición sin una favorita clara en el horizonte. Aunque es Westworld la serie que más menciones acapara, 22, no parece que la producción de HBO vaya a tener más relevancia que la obtención de premios técnicos. Todo hace indicar que el máximo galardón, el de mejor ficción dramática, saldrá de la terna compuesta por The Handmaid’s Tale (Hulu) –la gran sensación de la temporada—, The Crown (Netflix) y Stranger Things (Netflix) –la revelación entre el público juvenil—. Si nos centramos en el apartado de comedia, las cosas no están tampoco muy claras. La ganadora del Globo de Oro, Atlanta (FX), se erige como la a priori favorita, pero Veep (HBO) –una vez más— o Masters of None (Netflix) tienen mucho que decir. En las secciones interpretativas, destacan las presencias de Evan Rachel Wood (Westworld), Milo Ventimiglia (This Is Us), Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things) y Alexander Skarsgård (Big Little Lies). El 17 de septiembre conoceremos los ganadores en una ceremonia presentada por Stephan Colbert.
